Brave CF expands European reach with Bulgaria show

The world’s most international MMA promotion is breaking new ground in Europe in August.

Brave CF

Brave Combat Federation prides itself on being the most international promotion in world MMA, and the Bahrain-based organisation has widened its reach even further with the addition of a sixth European location to its 2024 calendar.

For the first time, the Brave CF cage will head to Bulgaria for a show in Burgas on Saturday, August 24. The event adds another date to the promotion’s 2024 European Tour, which includes events in Slovenia, the Netherlands, Croatia, France and Germany.

The event, which will be the first event held in Bulgaria by a major international mixed martial arts promotion, came hot on the heels of Brave CF president Mohammed Shahid’s visit to Burgas after he accepted an invitation form the city’s Mayor, Dimirar Nikolov.

The wheels turned quickly to make the event possible, and now Brave CF officials have confirmed the upcoming event, which will extend the promotion’s European reach to 16 countries.

The event adds a 10th show to the 2024 Brave CF calendar, with seven of those fight nights taking place as part of the promotion’s 2024 European Tour.

The promotion kicked off 2024 with their April return to Slovenia, and the organisation will head back to the nation later in the year
